The Tourism Club ("we", "us", "our") is a Govt. Registered travel company — Licence No. 0310540 — based in Lahore, Pakistan. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our WhatsApp numbers, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By sending us an enquiry, you agree to the practices described here.

What we collect

When you fill in any enquiry or "Customize Your Tour" form on this website, or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share:

• Your name and phone number (including your WhatsApp number)
• Your travel dates and departure city
• Group size — number of persons travelling
• Destination and trip preferences, such as tour type, package category, vehicle preference and budget
• Anything else you tell us in your messages while planning your trip

Our forms open WhatsApp with your enquiry pre-filled — you press send yourself, so nothing is transmitted to us until you choose to send it.

How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare your day-by-day itinerary and price
• To plan and book your trip — hotels, transport, flights and guides
• To stay in touch during your tour for coordination and support
• For marketing communications: from time to time we may send you tour offers, seasonal departures and travel updates on WhatsApp or through our advertising channels. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" or simply telling us, and we will stop sending marketing messages.

We use your information only for the purposes above — never for anything unrelated to your enquiry, your booking, or our marketing of our own tours.

WhatsApp communication

Most of our communication happens on WhatsApp. When you message us, your phone number and chat history with us are handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy as well as this one. We use WhatsApp solely to respond to you, plan and run your trip, and — as described above — send occasional marketing updates you can opt out of at any time.

Cookies and advertising tools

Like most travel businesses, we run marketing campaigns, and this website may use cookies and similar tools — including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Google advertising cookies and analytics tools — to understand how visitors use the site, measure how our ads perform, and show relevant tour ads to people who have visited us before (remarketing).

You stay in control: you can block, clear or limit cookies at any time in your browser settings, and you can adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook and Google account settings. Blocking cookies will not stop you from browsing this site or sending an enquiry.

We do not sell your personal data

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone — not to advertisers, not to other travel companies, not to data brokers.

When we share information

We share only the minimum needed to fulfil your booking — for example, your name and group details with the hotels, transport providers, airlines or guides involved in your trip, so your rooms, seats and vehicles are reserved in your name. We may also disclose information if required by law. We never share your details with third parties for their own marketing.

Data retention

We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to run your trip, handle follow-up questions, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that, records are deleted or kept only in anonymised form. If you would like your details removed sooner, see "Your rights" below.

Your rights

Your information belongs to you. At any time you can:

• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong or out of date
• Ask us to delete your information entirely
• Opt out of marketing messages
